2018 Dog Day Afternoon Vendor Application

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm (Rain or Shine)

We are looking for crafters and vendors to display and sell their wares at the second annual Dog Day Afternoon. Crafters and vendors will provide our guests with a “one-stop-shopping” opportunity. Please join us for a fun event for dogs, their owners, and the community in Columbia Heights!

Vendor Set-up: 12:00 – 12:45 pm on Saturday, September 15
Please check in at vendor registration for table assignment
Vendors will need to be set up and ready to go at 1:00 pm
All vendors are to remain in place until 4:00 pm

Please register as soon as possible. When your application, payment and all forms have been received, you will receive an email confirming your registration. Payment is non-refundable.

Your $25 early registration fee includes one space (10’ wide x 10’ deep) bring your own tables, chair, etc.
Deadline for early registration is due by July 31. $50 registration fee by August 30.
Fee is waived for Non-Profit organizations (please select ‘Offline Donation’ below).

Dog Day Afternoon is not responsible for the collection of taxes for the vendors at this event, nor is HeightsNEXT responsible for the payment of taxes to the State of Minnesota on behalf of the vendors.
