Every month we partner with First Lutheran Community Church to host Stories From Our Neighborhood. Each panel features first-hand accounts by residents as they describe their life experiences through a themed perspective. Past episodes have focused on Muslim neighbors, veteran neighbors, Latino neighbors, LGBTQ neighbors, and many other themes.
HeightsNEXT contributes by recruiting panelists, providing refreshments, and staffing the events.
A rotating host may be provided by either First Lutheran or HeightsNEXT. We typically use a few minutes of the event to promote other HeightsNEXT events. Let us know if you are interested in telling your story!
